Refund Policy
For any reason a Passage hat does not live up to your expectations you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@passagehat.co. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping fees are to be paid by you and will be taken off your refund.

Reception of defective or damaged items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. It is your responsibility to inspect your package and merchandise immediately upon reception. In rare cases, items may get damaged during transportation.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If the Passage hat you bought wasn't the right one for you we offer exchanges on all hats for 30 days.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to start a return and, once accepted make a separate purchase for the new item. All returns will be refunded once they are received. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and let you know once the refund has been processed. We'll process the refund to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
